Is My Credit Card Information Safe?

Your credit card is charged for the order that is in production only. Your card will be charged upon completely of your order and prior to your order being shipped. After that the information is destroyed. You will be mailed a copy of the final invoice and the credit card authorization confirmation number. We will only keep credit card record on file upon request for those customers who wish to have repeat orders charged to the same card.

Note that for international orders, the billing address MUST match the ship-to address. Your card will be charged prior to us shipping out your order.

How About My Email?

We do not sell customers' email information. Also, please provide us with an email address that you check frequently so that we may email you your logo proof and/or questions concerning your order. Occasionally we send out promotional emails to customers in our database. But if you do not wish to receive any email, let us know and we will take you off the list. Note that ACE Club memebers will be emailed specials and sale items from time to time. Again, if you do not wish to receive these emails, please let us know.

How About My Addresses and Phone Number?

Again, we do not sell our customers' information. We do recommend that you provide us a day time phone number othen than your cellular phone number as questions regarding artwork sometimes arises.
